ERI Canada was first formed over twenty years ago in western Canada.  Acquired by Tundra Group in 2012, this brought together ERI's excellence in Emergency Management and Search and Rescue with an industry-leading provider of risk, security and safety management services.

While still retaining our roots in western Canada and Alberta, today ERI provides the benefits of a small professional consultancy, but with the resources and support of a larger, more internationally-focused organization.

 

OUR APPROACH

Our customized training programs and consultancy projects typically start with an initial needs assessment to determine the correct approach for each customer's specific situation.

Once a potential solution has been identified and agreed we will assign an an appropriate training and consultancy team, which depending on the circumstances may be delivered through the use of embedded consultants, mobile training teams or by remote-working supported with periodic visits. 

We also have the ability to host visiting organizations at our facility in the Clearview township of Ontario, where we have a 50-acre facility that includes meeting areas, classrooms, search and rescue terrain, simulators, a confined space training facility and high angle rescue platforms and structures.
 
Our approach is to deliver these programs to your team, organization, or agency through the use of highly experienced consultants and instructors who focus on relevant solutions, and where applicable also practical skills and insights that will be tailored to organizational composition, situation and work environment.
